Complication Center
The Pure Cell Complication Center is formed by highly specialized medical staff and plastic surgeons. Our goals include the early detection of complications in aesthetic medicine and the development and application of optimal treatment concepts. A complications hotline allows anyone who is seeking help to contact us quickly. Our team of specialists treats any complications in the facial area that might arise during aesthetic treatments within a corresponding time frame. A progression of the complication can thus be purposefully slowed down or even prevented. However, an early detection and a prompt start of the measures we initiate is the key to success.

Pure Cell Treatment Concept
Autologous (own) fat
Autologous fat transfer is the safest treatment method for compensating tissue defects and volume deficiencies in the face. The transplanted fat cells retain all of their capabilities in terms of regeneration and immune stimulation and they also promote the rejuvenation of the recipient tissue.Due to the lack of a foreign body reaction, the use of autologous fat is not only suitable for healthy but also for immunocompromised and elderly people. In regions pre-treated with hyaluronic acid, autologous fat can be used at any time.The body's own fatty tissue is harvested using a gentle suction technique and, after appropriate preparation, is inserted into the facial area awaiting treatment within one and the same session. This procedure, if limited to a small area, can be performed under local anesthesia.However, for extensive procedures, partial or general anesthesia is recommended. During the healing phase, appropriate guidelines regarding the transplanted cells must be followed in order to achieve a high growth rate. This type of cell transfer can be repeated indefinitely and regardless of age.
